36th edition of the EFFoST International Conference

On November 9th (11h05-12h50 GMT), the FOODRUS project will participate to a special session dedicated to innovation for small and medium food producers and enterprises at the 36th edition of the EFFoST International Conference in Dublin.

This event is the annual gathering organised by the European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST) to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, policy makers, professionals and students from multidisciplinary food-related fields to discuss recent advancements in food science and technology.

The FOODRUS project will be represented by Juan S. Angarita-Zapata from the University of Deusto (Bilbao, Spain). He will discuss the FOODRUS work on collaborative artificial intelligence for sustainable manufacturing in the food Industry.

This presentation will take place during a joint session organised and chaired by the FAIRCHAIN project, with the collaboration of CO-FRESH, PLOUTOS, LOWINFOOD and FOODRUS.
