How can we face the sustainability challenges using gastronomy?

The X Sustainability Conference is hosting a face-to-face/virtual hybrid event that will answer this question and also consider questions related to food culture, neutrality in gastronomy and zero waste gastronomy processes through presentations by international experts.

Among the participants are chefs Douglas McMaster (Silo/finalist for the Basque Culinary World Prize 2020), Felipe Ribenboim (Fru.to), Nico Davis, Javi Rivero (AMA), Estafanía Simon-Sasyk and Blanca del Noval (BCC); as well as interdisciplinary experts such as Anaïs Iglesias (BCC), Lucía Calvo (Despensa d'lujo), Agustín del Prado (Red Remedia) or Claudia and Pablo Ortiz (Casa Orzáez).

Practical workshops on the impact that gastronomy has in different areas will also be offered.
